Ministry Empowerment

In the context of accountability and support, Liam and Rachel empower (resource, equip, coach and release) for strategic ministry The Empowering Team.

Consequently, the Empowering Team empowers members of Lake Community Church into ministry. The Empowering Team consists of leaders who are responsible for ministry oversight. This team empowers by providing:

  • Systems
    • How & When – clarity and design
  • Supervision & Support
    • Who – ministry discovery, deployment and development

The Empowering Team is presently Liam Glover, Rachel Glover, Ray Proud and Ash Robinson.

We see Lake Community Church as part of the Kingdom of God and seek to build together our part of the Kingdom.

The Message

The symbolism of the wall represents the various ministries at Lake Community Church. The names may change, the activities may change, but the foundation remains the same.

The LCC Organisational Wall

The wall is not complete, as more ministry activities will be added at different times. Some may be removed when their season is over. The focus will always be on bringing Heaven to Earth.
